Abstract

With technological progress, humans have increasingly used and presumably willincreasingly use electronic systems that emit blue light from their screens. The light pollution emitted by blue light is the cause of numerous problems in the human visual system, including dry eyes, cataracts, macular degeneration, and inhibition of melatonin production which affects sleep quality. For these reasons, the effects of Blue Light on human eyes are today an extremely important issue.
