Withdrawal Form

This form must be completed by any student who decides to permanently discontinue their studies at SAERA. By submitting this form, the student is providing formal instructions to the School to process their definitive withdrawal from the enrolled program of studies.

Recommendation:
SAERA advises you to discuss your intention to discontinue your studies with your Study Coordinator to receive guidance on your situation. In some cases, there may be alternatives to permanent withdrawal from the Program of Studies that you may want to consider, such as requesting an Authorized Interruption of Studies for a specified period (study interruption form).

Note: If you cancel your enrollment and later wish to rejoin your studies, you will need to reapply for admission using the School’s standard enrollment procedures. The refund of current academic year fees is subject to the completion of this enrollment cancellation form.


Tuition Refund Policy
The refunds outlined below assume full payment of tuition fees. In the event that the full tuition fees have not been paid, the student will remain responsible for any outstanding fees after enrollment cancellation in accordance with the payment and refund policy.
